My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Siem Reap and just a stone's throw from many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, with a wonderful variety of delicious options. However, the service in the restaurant was quite disappointing, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive during my visits. The facilities, including a beautiful pool area, made my stay enjoyable despite the service hiccups.
